Welcome to Idea Transform
Idea Transform’s mission is simple – help people develop ideas that use technology to benefit us all.
Our first weekend event took place at Cambridge Judge Business School in April 2012. It brought together people with great ideas and those with the skills and talent to develop them into exciting, sustainable businesses. Helped by an array of experienced mentors, inspired by high profile speakers, over 100 people came along to learn new skills, network and above all, have fun! The weekend attracted scientists, technologists, developers, entrepreneurs, business peoples, marketers, creative artists and students, all working together on ideas to change the world.
Then we ran a Future Business Weekend in Oxford in November 2012, with an emphasis on creating innovative applications of science and technology, with over 100 technologies available on startup-friendly terms through Future Business Pre Incubator – see the event blog!
Our first 2013 Cambridge event, Ideation @ CJBS, aims to build on this success, kickstarting a new generation of meaningful ideas.
Idea Transform is backed by an experienced advisory board of entrepreneurs and investors along with the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (CfEL).
