Paul has 20 years experience in management and organisational development gained with a range of commercial and public sector employers and clients. His experience includes the design and delivery of learning and development interventions, including coaching and group based methods. Paul has managed learning and development teams in a number of organisations and taken responsibility for the delivery of the development strategy.
Paul’s career includes time spent in retailing (J Sainsbury), financial services (Aviva/Norwich Union) and utilities (TXU/Eastern Energy). As an independent learning and development consultant Paul has continued to work in these sectors, but has more recent experience of hi-technology, pharmaceutical and also public sectors.
Paul holds both BSc and MSc degrees from the University of Sheffield. He is a licensed Insights practitioner and qualified to use the MBTI profiling tool.
