Stephen O’Brien is BlackBerry’s Director of Digital and Social Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa, responsible for over one hundred digital platforms and communities across the region. With over twenty years consulting to telcos from a customer management and experience perspective, Stephen is a passionate supporter, manager and investor in companies that delight customers through innovative digital and mobile experiences.
Previously Head of Customer Insight at BT, founder of London agency DC Interact (now Engine Group) and long time digital consultant, Stephen is a sailor and live music nut with a lifelong weakness for The Fall.
