Taus’ key expertise is taking a conceptual approach to developing business models and strategies specifically aimed at international expansion (www.nohrlind.com). Taus’ background comprises 8 years as a director in a trading company doing business with 20+ countries and 5 years as partner and managing director of a Scandinavian management consultancy with 25 staff, advising start-ups and SMEs, working with strategy, business development, fundraising and international market development. He has worked in areas from board level work and management support, to export trade missions with government support and hands on export market development for 100+ SMEs.

He has spent 15 years working in and with teams on start-ups, strategy and business planning, new concepts and product introductions, financial modelling, investor search, turn-arounds, optimising business performance and organisational development.

Taus has worked with many projects and companies within the IT, cleantech and professional services sectors, as well as a very wide range of companies in the business-to-business market.

Currently, Taus is working with Anglia Ruskin University on a landmark project on internationalisation called Guide2Growth, aiming to create a solution for accelerated global expansion, involving more than 50 countries and researching in excess of 20,000 SMEs (www.guide2growth.com).
