Idea Transform is led by Jeremy Parsons as a partner initiative of enterprise charity Future Business. It was created with support from the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (CfEL) and is supported by an experienced international advisory board.
Massimo Gaetani is the Cambridge Events Organiser.
The event format is also used as the basis for Future Business Weekends run by the Future Business Pre-Incubator (FBPI).

Origins
Idea Transform was dreamed up in 2011 by Mauro Ciaccio, Chris Measures and Jeremy Parsons. This team, with the addition of Jo Vertigan, organised the first Idea Transform event in Cambridge in April, 2012, helping create and support ideas to change the world.
The original team have since continued down their own career paths, and they each remain convinced of the benefits that Idea Transform will deliver in the years ahead.
